Unplugged: A Caribbean Choral Experience brings you closer to the Braata Singers than ever before. Housed in the OBIE Award winning Braata Productions, the Braata Singers are the premiere Caribbean choral group outside of the Caribbean. In a departure from their traditional full-ensemble showcases, this year’s 16th anniversary performances will center on the individual voices that make up this beloved choral group. In a theatrical concert like none other, the Braata Singers invite you to get up close and truly connect—not just with the music, but with the voices behind it. The concert will feature singers’ personal selections of songs that inspire them most, along with fan-favorites from genres like gospel, soca, reggae, and Caribbean folk music.
