The Verbatim Salon is a monthly performance series where actors bring real, anonymized immigration stories to life using in-ear verbatim technique. Each piece is crafted from interviews conducted with individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system.

Each month, rather than paying admission, audiences will be encouraged to donate to a rotating list of organizations supporting immigrants and refugees with a range of services. For our next salon, we encourage support for Mixteca. Mixteca is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit that strengthens immigrant communities by providing legal, educational, health, and community support services to immigrant families across New York City.
